Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice zucchinis lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease the baking dish with olive oil. Layer half of the zucchini, followed by half of the ricotta, half of the marinara, and half of the mozzarella. Repeat the layers.
  4. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top and bake for 20-25 minutes until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is melty.
  5. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.
