Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, egg, and milk until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the cubed apples, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
  6. Prepare the streusel by mixing cold butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  7. Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling about two-thirds full, and sprinkle streusel on top.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
