  • 1/2 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled, optional
  • to garnish fresh dill or parsley

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound of cubed chicken breast seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan, add mozzarella cheese if desired, and top with chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the naan edges are golden and crispy.
  5. Let the pizzas cool for a minute, garnish with dill or parsley, and serve immediately.
