  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour substitute with gluten-free flour if needed
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder for fluffiness
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack
  • 1 stick Butter melted for moisture
Optional Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup Yogurt or Mayo for a creamy dip
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard honey mustard for sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey to add sweetness

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Let the ground pork sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes for better mixing.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and ranch seasoning until well mixed.
  4. Melt the butter and add to the bowl with ground pork and flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown, or 6-8 minutes in an air fryer.
  7. Prepare the dipping sauce while the sausage balls are baking.
  8. Cool for a few minutes and serve warm with dipping sauce.
