  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese Can use provolone, cheddar, or Monterey Jack.
  • 12 pieces Slider Rolls Mini brioche or dinner rolls recommended.
  • 0.5 cups Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce Substitute with apricot preserves or fig jam if needed.
  • 0.5 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds Optional.
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice 12 slider rolls in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix ½ cup mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard and spread on the cut side of each bottom roll.
  4. Layer 2 cups cooked turkey, ½ cup cranberry sauce, and 6 halved slices of cheese over the rolls.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the cheese layer and press down gently.
  6. Mix 4 tablespoons melted butter with ½ teaspoon garlic powder and ½ teaspoon onion powder and brush over the top.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Let cool, slice, and serve warm.
