Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Thai Curry Pizza
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of coconut milk with 1 tablespoon of yellow Thai curry paste. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven for crispy crust.
  3. Roll out your artisan pizza dough to a circle approximately 11 inches in diameter. Aim for a thickness of about ¼ inch.
  4. Spread the curry sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough. Layer red bell peppers, carrots, and red onion over the sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Slide the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or place the pan in the oven. Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
