Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip each rice paper wrapper for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  3. Lay a basil leaf on the lower third of each rice paper wrapper, spoon about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on top, fold and roll tightly.
  4. Serve fresh on a platter, with your favorite dipping sauce like sweet chili or hoisin.
