- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip each rice paper wrapper for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Lay a basil leaf on the lower third of each rice paper wrapper, spoon about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on top, fold and roll tightly.
- Serve fresh on a platter, with your favorite dipping sauce like sweet chili or hoisin.
