Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and brown sugar.
  3. Form the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, gochujang, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  7. Toss the baked meatballs in the BBQ sauce, then serve with the spicy mayo dip.
