Step-by-Step Instructions for Mango Habanero Honey Garlic Sauce
  1. Start by preparing your ingredients—peel and dice the mango, chop the habanero, and mince the garlic. In a blender, combine the diced mango, chopped habanero, minced garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Secure the lid and ensure everything is packed in tight; this will aid in a smoother blend.
  2. Blend the mixture on high for about 30-45 seconds, or until the sauce is completely smooth and homogenous. Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
  3. Once blended, taste your sauce. If you'd like to amp up the sweetness, add a bit more honey; if you prefer it spicier, include an additional piece of habanero. Blend again for another 10 seconds.
  4. Transfer the sauce to a clean jar or airtight container. Refrigerate it until ready to use. This sauce is great as a dip, glaze, or marinade.
