  1. Prepare the Hot Honey Sauce by combining honey, hot sauce, unsalted butter, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Heat until smooth and set aside.
  2. Rinse and dry the shrimp under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix the breading ingredients in a large mixing bowl, whisking until well combined.
  4. Create the egg wash by whisking together eggs and milk until smooth.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg wash, and back into the flour for a second coating.
