Cooking Steps
- Cook the rice or quinoa according to package instructions, typically about 15 minutes for rice or 20 minutes for quinoa. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey to the heated skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in the broccoli florets. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
