Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the rice or quinoa according to package instructions, typically about 15 minutes for rice or 20 minutes for quinoa. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the heated skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring until browned and no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Set aside.
  6. Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli mixture. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce bubbles and thickens.
  7. Spoon the mixture over the prepared rice or quinoa and serve.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
