  • 1 to 2 cups Club Soda or Sparkling Water Adds fizz before serving; use flavored sparkling water for an extra twist.
  • 1/2 cup Peach Schnapps or Triple Sec (optional) Enhances flavor complexity; omit for non-alcoholic version or use a splash of fruit juice.
For the Garnish
  • 1 bunch Mint Leaves Provides aroma and garnishing appeal; basil can also be used.

Equipment

  • pitcher

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large pitcher, pour 1 bottle of white wine, preferably Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio, along with 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. If using Peach Schnapps, add about ½ cup at this stage and stir gently.
  2. Slice one orange and one lemon, and add them to the pitcher along with 1 cup of hulled and quartered fresh strawberries and 1 cup of pineapple chunks. Gently stir to incorporate the fruit without crushing it.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully. For the best taste, consider letting it sit overnight.
  4. Just before serving, pour in 1 to 2 cups of club soda or sparkling water to add a delightful fizz. Stir gently to maintain carbonation, and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes or frozen fruits, pour the Sunkissed Sangria Splash into each glass, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
