- Rinse the chicken thighs and pat dry. Rub salt, pepper, and lime juice over them. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Combine yogurt, cayenne, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and salt & pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Coat each chicken thigh with the marinade, covering all sides. Refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Position oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
- Place marinated chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Broil for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving hot.
