  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Olive oil can be a substitute.
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Bang Bang Sauce Homemade or store-bought.
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Finely chopped.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Season the boneless skinless chicken thighs with kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika, rubbing evenly.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and tent with aluminum foil to keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, add Bang Bang sauce and let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
  5. Return chicken thighs to skillet and gently toss with the sauce for about 1 minute.
  6. Garnish with finely chopped green onions and serve hot.
