- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Funfetti sugar cookie mix, softened cream cheese, and the large egg. Blend until a soft dough forms.
- If the dough is too sticky, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
- Roll the dough into balls using a cookie scoop, then roll in the sanding sugar to coat.
- Place the coated cookie balls on the baking sheet, spaced 1½ inches apart.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes, then press a Kiss into the center of each cookie.
