- In a medium bowl or jar, mix together rolled oats, plain yogurt, and cashew milk until thoroughly combined.
 - If using, stir in chia seeds into the oat mixture until evenly incorporated.
 - Gently fold in chopped fresh strawberries into the mixture.
 - Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or ideally overnight.
 - In the morning, give the oats a good stir, spoon into a serving bowl, and top with granola or more fresh strawberries.

These overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Granola should be kept separate until serving to maintain crunchiness.
