Preparation Steps
  1. Gather your ingredients: mint tea, fresh ginger, honey, coconut water, and lemon juice.
  2. In your blender, combine brewed mint tea, honey, coconut water, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
  4. Boil water to a rolling boil, pour over mint tea bags in a mug and steep for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add two frozen Medicine Ball ice cubes to the brewed tea and stir gently until melted.
  6. Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more honey or lemon juice.
