  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice until combined.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, folding gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  5. Scoop and Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Use a cookie scoop to drop dough on prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
