Preparation Steps
  1. Line a 10x15 inch rimmed baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1.5 cups of milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly; refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
  4. Melt 0.5 cups of white chocolate chips and mix in 1 cup of marshmallow fluff until combined.
  5. Spread the white chocolate and marshmallow fluff mixture over the set milk chocolate layer.
  6. Crumble graham crackers over the marshmallow layer and press down gently.
  7. Melt 2 cups of milk chocolate chips and pour over the graham cracker layer; spread evenly.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours until hardened, then break into pieces and serve.
