Preparation Steps
- Line a 10x15 inch rimmed baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- Melt 1.5 cups of milk chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly; refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
- Melt 0.5 cups of white chocolate chips and mix in 1 cup of marshmallow fluff until combined.
- Spread the white chocolate and marshmallow fluff mixture over the set milk chocolate layer.
- Crumble graham crackers over the marshmallow layer and press down gently.
- Melt 2 cups of milk chocolate chips and pour over the graham cracker layer; spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until hardened, then break into pieces and serve.
