Soy-Based Sauce Preparation
- Combine ½ cup of soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth. Set aside.
Gochujang Sauce Preparation
- Mix ¼ cup of gochujang paste with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 2 teaspoons of lime juice in another bowl. Whisk until creamy.
Ponzu Sauce Preparation
- Combine ½ cup of ponzu sauce with 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
Sweet and Spicy Chili Sauce Preparation
- Combine ½ cup of chili sauce with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of lime juice. Stir until blended.
Vegan Alternative Preparation
- Mix ½ cup of tamari with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of sriracha. Whisk until smooth.
Assemble and Chill
- Pour each sauce into separate bowls, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
