Ingredients

For the Dough
  • 2 crusts Refrigerated Pie Crust Store-bought ensures flakiness.
For the Filling
  • 4 oz Chocolate Bars Can substitute with chocolate chips.
  • 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows Regular marshmallows can be cut smaller.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers Save some for topping.
For the Finish
  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter Use unsalted for a milder flavor.

Equipment

  • air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • cookie cutter

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Take the refrigerated pie crusts out and let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then roll out on a floured surface.
  2. Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, cut circles from the crust, aiming for 12-16 total. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chocolate bars, marshmallows, and half the graham crackers. Mix thoroughly.
  4. On half the dough circles, place about one tablespoon of filling in the center, leaving space around the edges.
  5. Moisten the edges with water, place another dough circle on top, and press to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
  6. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 350°F, spray the basket with nonstick spray, and air fry pies for about 10 minutes or until golden.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Avoid overstuffing pies to prevent bursting during baking. Seal edges well and create holes for steam to escape. Store in an airtight container for best results.
