Preparation Steps
- Take the refrigerated pie crusts out and let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then roll out on a floured surface.
- Using a 3-inch cookie cutter, cut circles from the crust, aiming for 12-16 total. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chocolate bars, marshmallows, and half the graham crackers. Mix thoroughly.
- On half the dough circles, place about one tablespoon of filling in the center, leaving space around the edges.
- Moisten the edges with water, place another dough circle on top, and press to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F, spray the basket with nonstick spray, and air fry pies for about 10 minutes or until golden.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool for a few minutes before serving.
