- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey with finely chopped sage leaves, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Shape the mixture into 8 small patties, about 2 inches wide, and place them onto the lined baking sheet.
- Bake the patties for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun bottom, topping it with cranberry sauce and a slice of cheese. Close with the top bun.
- Serve warm with fresh vegetables or chips and enjoy your Turkey Cranberry Sliders!
