Preparation Steps
  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain, about ¼-inch thick.

  3. Transfer the sliced flank steak into the slow cooker and pour the prepared sauce evenly over the beef.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Check for doneness 30 minutes before serving; beef should be tender and easy to shred.
