Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flaked cooked salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, onion, and parsley. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  2. Form the salmon mixture into patties about 2-3 inches in diameter. Let the patties rest for 5-10 minutes on a plate.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add salmon patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden-brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and optional honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Drain excess oil from cooked salmon patties on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve warm with the creamy sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
