- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a large bowl, mix together the breakfast sausage, cheddar cheese, well-drained Rotel tomatoes, Bisquick, and garlic powder until fully combined.
 - Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
 - Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
 - Let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
