- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly and set aside.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and spread Thousand Island dressing on both sides.
- Layer pastrami over the bottom halves, then add sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
- Place the top halves back on and prepare the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, poppy seeds, and parsley in a bowl.
- Brush the top of the sliders with the buttery mixture.
