Step-by-Step Instructions for Reuben Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly and set aside.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and spread Thousand Island dressing on both sides.
  4. Layer pastrami over the bottom halves, then add sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top halves back on and prepare the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, poppy seeds, and parsley in a bowl.
  7. Brush the top of the sliders with the buttery mixture.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove foil for the last few minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, cool slightly, cut into portions, and serve warm with pickle slices.
