Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil and ranch seasoning for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, cheese, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir until fragrant.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each piece.

  5. For air fryer, preheat to 400°F and cook skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway.
  6. For oven, preheat to 450°F, bake for 14 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes.
