  1. Sear the Potstickers: Heat a nonstick skillet and add sesame oil. Arrange frozen potstickers flat-side down and sear for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Steam the Potstickers: Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover with a lid, and steam for 4-5 minutes to keep them moist.
  3. Cook the Noodles: Boil water and cook noodles according to package instructions for about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add more sesame oil and stir-fry shredded cabbage, carrots, and baby spinach for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and a splash of water until well combined.
