Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in low-fat Greek yogurt until a dough begins to form, then knead gently for about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Divide dough into 8 balls, roll each into a 6-inch oval shape, about a quarter-inch thick.
  5. Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle low-fat cheese on one half of each oval, leaving a ½-inch border.
  6. Fold dough over the filling to create a pocket and press edges to seal.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
