Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay one flour tortilla on workspace, place 2 slices of provolone cheese on one half, followed by 3 ounces of roast beef and a handful of fried onions.
  3. Brush the inside edge of the tortilla with olive oil, roll tightly, and press the edge to seal.
  4. Place each roll up seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush tops with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly, rotating halfway.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder over medium heat.
  7. Once baked, let roll ups rest for 2 minutes, slice, and serve warm with au jus.
