  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely minced.
  • 1 in Ginger Fresh, finely minced.
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch Can use arrowroot powder as substitute.
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Sesame oil can be used for flavor.
  • 2 cups Rice (Steamed or White) For serving.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients: Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, chop broccoli into florets, and mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a medium bowl. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Add Broccoli: Stir in broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Prepare Sauce: Mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add to the skillet and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve: Serve Chicken and Broccoli hot over steamed rice, adding the sauce on top.
