Bagel Bites Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the plain unsweetened Greek yogurt to the dry mix and use a fork to combine until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces weighing about 30 grams each.
  5. Flatten each dough ball, place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, fold edges, and pinch to seal.
  6. Lightly brush tops with egg wash or spray with oil, and sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  7. Arrange bagel bites in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a moment before serving.
