Bagel Bites Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the plain unsweetened Greek yogurt to the dry mix and use a fork to combine until a sticky dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces weighing about 30 grams each.
- Flatten each dough ball, place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, fold edges, and pinch to seal.
- Lightly brush tops with egg wash or spray with oil, and sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
- Arrange bagel bites in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Let cool for a moment before serving.
