Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb with finely minced onion, garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and all the spices.
  3. If using skewers, give them a light oiling to prevent sticking.
  4. Form the meat mixture into oval shapes around your skewers.
  5. Place the kebabs on the preheated grill or in the skillet, cooking for about 8–10 minutes until golden-brown.
  6. After cooking, let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
