  • 1 tsp Onion powder Optional but recommended
  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika is an option for more flavor

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and combine with the vegetables.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a greased sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through until sausage is golden brown and vegetables are fork-tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
