Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling ½ cup of water in a small pot or kettle. Once it's boiling, remove it from heat and stir in honey, if using, until dissolved. Add one white tea bag to the hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
  2. After steeping, add ½ cup of ice cubes directly to the brewed tea. Let it sit for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, carefully remove the tea bag and stir in 1 cup of guava juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled guava white tea lemonade mixture over the ice. Serve immediately.
