  1. Begin by washing 1 cup of fresh raspberries and placing them in a small bowl. If your berries are tart, sprinkle in a tablespoon of granulated sugar, and use a fork to mash them together until they form a vibrant, chunky puree.
  2. Transfer the raspberry puree into a cocktail shaker, followed by 1 cup of Moscato wine and 1 ounce of vodka.
  3. Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes, tightly seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. While the cocktail is shaking, fill two elegant glasses with fresh ice cubes, adding about half a cup.
  5. Carefully open the shaker and use a strainer to pour the raspberry cocktail mixture evenly into each glass.
