Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of gelatin in a small saucepan. Whisk until no lumps remain and heat over low for 3-5 minutes until clear.
  2. Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup of lemon juice and your electrolyte powder; whisk until blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling each cavity evenly, and tap to remove air bubbles.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour until firm to the touch.
  5. Gently pop gummies out of molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
