  5. Pour a portion of batter into the skillet, spreading it into a thin circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift.
  6. Flip the flatbread carefully and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing the skillet as necessary. Keep cooked flatbreads warm under a towel.
