  5. Fold in 1 cup chopped pistachios and 1 cup dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
  6. Portion the dough into tablespoon-sized pieces and shape into wreaths or circles on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
