Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes), until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced beef, breaking it apart, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside, leaving drippings.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  4. Pour beef stock and Worcestershire sauce into the skillet, stirring to combine. Gradually mix in spreadable cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, stirring to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper, simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Stir for 1-2 minutes over low heat to allow flavors to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese, cracked pepper, or fresh herbs.
