Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, stir the mixture and add a splash of milk if it’s too thick.
  4. Layer the oat mixture and chia seed jam in mason jars until filled.
  5. Top with fresh berries, additional jam, or nuts if desired, then seal tightly.
