Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Peach and Burrata Crostini
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Halve and pit the peaches, placing them cut-side down on the grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toast the baguette slices on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Spread burrata cheese on each toasted baguette slice and top with a grilled peach half.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately.
