Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes, until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Pour in 1 ½ cups of chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in 8 ounces of pasta and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, until the pasta reaches an al dente texture.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet and stir in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
