Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine white candy melts with tequila in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
- Pour melted white chocolate onto the lined sheet and spread evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a separate bowl, mix lime green candy melts with sweetened lime juice and melt as before.
- Drizzle lime green mixture over the white chocolate layer and swirl together with a knife.
- Sprinkle sparkling sugar over the melted chocolate before it sets.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes until set.
- Break into pieces and serve on a platter.
