  • 2 cups White Candy Melts Substitute with white chocolate if desired.
  • 1 cup Lime Green Candy Melts Green candy melts can be used as a substitute or omit for a subtle appearance.
  • 2 tablespoons Tequila Use good-quality tequila for best results.
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetened Lime Juice Fresh lime juice can be substituted but may need sugar for sweetness.
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sparkling Sugar Regular sugar can be substituted but won’t replicate the sparkle.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine white candy melts with tequila in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
  3. Pour melted white chocolate onto the lined sheet and spread evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix lime green candy melts with sweetened lime juice and melt as before.
  5. Drizzle lime green mixture over the white chocolate layer and swirl together with a knife.
  6. Sprinkle sparkling sugar over the melted chocolate before it sets.
  7. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes until set.
  8. Break into pieces and serve on a platter.
