Preparation Steps
- Chill two tall glasses and drizzle ¼ cup whipped cream and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup at the bottom of each glass. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
- Blend 1 cup of cold brew coffee, ½ cup of whole milk, ¼ cup chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, most chopped Oreo cookies, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for 15-20 seconds until mixed.
- Add 2 cups of ice cubes and blend on high for 30-45 seconds until thick and frosty. Adjust with more milk if too thick.
- Pour the blended mixture into the chilled glasses, filling to the rim over the whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
- Top with whipped cream, drizzle with additional chocolate syrup, and sprinkle remaining chopped Oreo pieces.
- Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon.
