- Begin by crushing about 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a ziplock bag with a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese. Stir until you achieve a smooth, well-blended mixture.
- Scoop out a portion of the truffle mixture and roll it into a large ball for the body, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. For the head, take a smaller amount and shape it into a ball that is about half the size of the body.
- Place the assembled snowman bodies and heads in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt 1 cup of dairy-free white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and creamy. Dip each chilled snowman body into the white chocolate.
- Using mini chocolate chips, gently press two onto the face of each snowman for the eyes, and drop tiny candy or gumdrop pieces for their scarves.
