- Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your mixing bowl and the ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ranch seasoning mix, large egg, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop out portions of the chicken mixture and roll them into golf ball-sized balls. Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Lightly spray or brush the bombs with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 18–22 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Broil for 1–2 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or sides.
