  • 1 pound Ground Beef Can substitute with turkey or plant-based.

  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese For a melty topping.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Fresh for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare a large pot of salted boiling water and cook no-boil lasagna sheets for about 10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook until browned, 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped bell pepper, marinara sauce, and optional tomato paste. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and parsley. Mix until smooth.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread sauce in a baking dish, place lasagna sheets, spread cheese filling, top with sauce, and roll tightly.
  7. Pour remaining sauce over the rolls and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
