- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until combined for the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over. Seal and massage into the meat; refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest.
- Spread hummus on tortillas. Slice rested chicken and layer over hummus.
- Add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese to the wraps.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick if desired. Cut in half and serve.
