For the Mash
  • 1 head Cauliflower Chopped into florets
  • 2 large Potatoes Peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Room temperature for best results
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate pot, steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the cooked potatoes and cauliflower, then return to the pot.
  4. Add chicken broth, butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional butter or herbs if desired.
