Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a separate pot, steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the cooked potatoes and cauliflower, then return to the pot.
- Add chicken broth, butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional butter or herbs if desired.
